believe me, I know exactly what you are talking about. I was bloated half of my life. But if I reached the goal (and my bloatings were really awful) you will do so either.
I have heart of the saltwater flush, an old receipe from Yoga. Unfortunately I have no personal experience with it.
Maybe you want to try two other options against bloating I can really recommend. Both are based on the principle to interrupt the so-called enterohepathic cycle. This means toxins released by the liver are prevented from beeing reabsorped in the small intestine. Both work phantastically however both need to be repeated on a regular base in order to reach a state when toxins are eliminated to a level that does not harm any more. As a matter of fact after having completed 20 flushes with great success I practise the methods described below regularly - simply because my liver is now in a full speed detox mode and needs support in order really escort toxins out.
castor oil internally.
30 to 60 ml castor oil mixed with roughly 100 ml orange juice. This mixture must be shaken at least 5 minutes in a shaker. Do not use any electrial device!!!!
Drink this first thing in the morning. Watch the effect. You will have watery bathroom trips - up to 20 (what I don't expect in your case) that can start as early as 45 min after the drink and last over 20 hours (this however is extreme).
Please note: About 12 hours after this mixture it might be possible that you get REALLY bloated. Don't hestite giving yourself immediately one or two enemas. Watch the effect. The relief can be immediate. At least this was the case with me. Don't be amazed if stone hard waste matter will come out of your guts.
Repeat this as often as you can. However not more than once a month.
10 grams of activated charcoal dissolved in water. This drink is practically tasteless BUT AS BLACK AS HELL. Wait for about 30 minutes before you drink an olive oil - lemon juice mix. Take as much olive oil and lemon juice as you can stand. This mix induces the gall bladder to contract. All toxins will plunge directly into the charcoal that adsorbs all of them. Make sure to shorten the transit time in your guts - by means of Oxypowder , plums or Espom salt. Again, don't be surprised if the bloating seems to increase after the intake of charcoal. That are the toxins. If you like give yourself an enema. After about ten applications you should see a consiberable improvement bloatingwise, maybe even earlier.
I personally prefer the second method which I practise on a weekly base. It is amazing for me to see astounding improvements each time. The body goes into a detox mode what I can tell by the fact that each time I need a 2 hour nap.
Bloating is no issue for me any more and this after decades of bloating.
