I am happy to hear that AC worked for you despite the relatively little dose you took. Altogether I would guess it was not more than 1 gram, which is nothing in comparison to the 10 grams I usually take.
Your success supports my suspicion that there must be a lot of stuff in your guts (bacteria, viruses, toxins) that need to be escorted out. So I would advise to continue AC intake.
Subject matter "mini flush":
I would not do it more often than twice a week. Doing it on a daily basis gave me stomach ache. However, the little bit of extra olive oil on a salad, on pasta or veggies is always good for the entire digestion and at the same time sort of a mini flush, indeed a very delicious one :-).
It would be wise thinking and acting on a long term basis. It should be the goal to KEEP !!! your colon clean and to KEEP !!!!!!!!!!! your liver ducts free of stones and to CONTiNUE eliminating toxins from the body. Therefore, I recommend finding a way that is convenient for you and does not interfere with your routine activities.
My regime is as follows:
1. Every day extra olive oil on a meal.
2. Every day 1.5 liter water first thing in the morning and drinking it as quickly as possible. The bowel movement starts more ore less immediately thereafter.
3. Once a week 10 grams charcoal in 200 ml water on an empty stomach followed by olive oil and lemon juice (roughly 100 ml of each) 30 minutes later.
Watch your stool after the AC.
Normal coloured stool 24 h after AC intake is ideal.
Black stool should not appear more than 48 h after AC intake because this would mean delayed transit time.
Black stool particles after the stool has returned to its normal colour indicate pockets in the gut wall, or strictures or other reasons for inadequate transit of food through the intestine.
