Re: Successful 'non-restrictive' Gallbladder flush (easy for Hypoglycemics)

Yes, I think you're on to something. About 10 years ago, I had the worst gut wrenching pain outside of child labor. I was up half the night taking phazyme and mylanta. The next day, I tried to get an appointment with a gastroenterologist but was unable to get in until the end of the week. Meanwhile, I ate huge bitter green salads with sour granny smith apples and lots of lemon juice/olive oil dressing. They made my tummy feel better. I even passed what looked suspiciously like stones. I ate my "tummy salads" for lunch every day and each day I was also eating 1/4c each of olive oil and lemon juice. My tummy continued to improve and soon I was able to tolerate fried food without my tummy hurting.
