Tabasco Sauce (Hot Sauce) -- Good or Bad?

After several hours of research via Google, I have encountered deeply conflicting advice as to whether HOT SAUCE (Tabasco sauce; hot pepper sauce; Louisiana hot sauce; buffalo-wing sauce; etc.) is permitted on an anti-candida diet. Pure Tabasco sauce has only 3 ingredients: cayenne peppers, vinegar, and salt.

On the one hand, Tabasco sauce contains cayenne pepper, which is an excellent anti-fungal.

On the other hand, Tabasco sauce contains VINEGAR ... which some (many) bloggers claim is not good for an anti-candida diet.

I love to add Tabasco sauce to my scrambled eggs. Are there any condiments which are permitted to be added to eggs?
