HV, why do I get tired after eating a meal?

It didn't used to happen before, started in the last few months. Is it adrenal related, insulin resistance, congested liver or something else?

My torso also gets very hot after defecating sometimes. I take it that's due to a congested liver?

Since taking artichoke powder I'm also getting shoulder blade pain on both sides randomly. Is this a liver detox symptom?

Sometimes after eating a meal I just go to bed for an hour or so.
