Ok well there's the weight loss. But I have to point out that I was kinda chubby to begin with. Side afects haha; well i'm hungry all the time but that doesn't bother me anymore and it shouldn't discourage anyone from trying this who want their life back. I did feel very very light -headed when I came home from a club one night and it did worry me because I never felt like that before so I had cereal. Anyway you don't know if the diet would work for you so do a trial of like 2 weeks see how it goes. Also yesterday I had chicken fajitas in captain americas cause I think my mom's worrying i'm going anorexic or something. I dont know what's in guacemole or the wraps but I shouldn't have eaten that so I'm a bit nervous about today. Anyway, for the first few days of the diet your body will be like 'what. the.f***.just.happeneed. where is my f***ing sugar? BREAD GIVE ME BREAD'. couldn't get out of bed for 3 days. but my diet was very poor before. anyways now my body is probably healthier than it's ever been. I can't actually hear my heart beat healthily which I couldnt before. as for a skinnny person starting the diet I'd recommend tucking in on lots of protein, chicken chicken chicken, fry it with veggies and brown rice. prawns and rice cakes with some extra virgin olive oil. anyway try it for 2 weeks.
