Thank you guys for responding. I so appreciatte that. So the 10pm bedtime isn't set in stone? I guess i was thinking there was some magical reason for going to bed at 10pm. It really doesn't suit my bedtime either and i was thinking there is no way i'm going to fall asleep at 10pm w/o some assistance:) I'd like to push it back a few hours as well.
So do you have a early dinner when you do this? You eat breakfast,lunch and then again before 4pm. Tell me how this works for you. I'm planning on doing the flush tonight so any info would help.
