The hernias definitely feel like muscle. They also very slightly protrude when standing but you can only tell by touching, not visibly unless after running or when crouching.
How do I bind the hernias and how long would it take usually for the tissue to heal ontop? I'm 27 years old if age matters regarding healing speed.
If it is a hernia you can push it back in then wrap the area firmly to hold the muscle in and allow the connective tissue over the top to close up.
If given the proper nutrition (silica, vitamin C and glycine primarily) and being so small it should take about 2-3 weeks.
Also, I'm about to use food grade 35% H peroxide to remove cherry angiomas. Do I need to apply a plaster over the angioma area after applying the peroxide or leave as is?
I would not bother with a plaster, but for best results I recommend scratching the area open first with a pin to allow the peroxide to get in and coagulate the blood vessels. It is going to burn like crazy for about 20 minutes.
