I used to suffer from IBS-C. Here's what helped my digestion and elimination....
Every morning I mix 1 Tbs flax seeds, 1 Tbs flaxseed oil and 1 Tbs Cottage Cheese. If I want more cottage cheese I can add it, if I want something entirely different for breakfast I have that but AFTER the Flax seed mix. You may have it more than once a day but once works for me.
This came from the Budwig cure but that says grind the seeds fresh each time and mix in a blender. I use cold milled seeds and stir it up with a spoon.
I found salt pushes helpful before discovering the Flax seed mixture.
