Newport writes "Hashi required Mercury, taking only Se without REAL Chelation will force the Se to bond to Hg, but this means that eventually it will drop the Hg since it can't produce a permanent bond.
This leaves Se in positive charged state, those expressions alone are bad enough"
Please tell me what to do in order to achieve "REAL" chelation. I had my mercury fillings removed 2 years ago and I know mercury is still stored in my body. I also have a root canal on the same side that the nodules appear on my thyroid so there is where all the infection is/has gone. Had it cleaned out by a bio dentist so it supposedly was oxygenated properly. Am up to 200-250 mg per day of Iodine and am hit super hard with detox symptoms. Am doing boron/vitamin companion protocol (starting to take selenium in 400 mcg vs 200 and am eating brazilian nuts) and the salt flushes. Have taken/continue to take chlorella and cilantro for chelating Hg. Is there something else I need to do to move this crap out?
BTW, at 100mg levels of iodine, I was feeling great. Now, I feel and look like I've been hit with a truck. Ouch!
