Re: Not sure what to do next

Oh, and besides the anxiety from the ingested substances I normally feel very nervous about doing little things (like going to the store) and my sleep pattern changed so now I'm more wide awake at night. This happened when I was treated for Lyme and then it got better. These symptoms also came on suddenly like all the others.
