Re: Is it okay to flush when you're weak?

If you are afraid and you feel weak buy some Emergen-C, I have read that a lot of people like this after the flush. I have never used it, because I use enough Celtic Seasalt the day before and the afternoon after the flush, it has more than 70 minerals in it.
Your main problem, it sounds like, is your fear for the unknown. I have done many flushes and only twice I could not keep the oil down, the best thing is to vomit, don't hold in, because afterwards you will feel fine and the flush still works.
As far as milkthistle, better stop that till you have done some flushes.
When your liver is not clean the detox material will be reabsorbed by the body and you will feel sicker.

As far as family and friends go, you are kind of on your own, you have to come here for support. The best thing is not to tell anybody and put on a smiling face.
I assume you are young, but the same problem I had in reverse, since I was 67 when I did my first flush everybody was worried about "grandma". They already had found the best surgeons in Boston to get my gallbladder out, that was more than 3 1/2 years ago. I am still around and alive and well :). Feel better than ever before in my life.
