QUICK REPLY please!! - 1st liver flush today!!

Thanks for your replies everyone. As you will see from my other messages, I'm a bit nervous about today.

My question is my kidneys. Because this is a slightly rushed job, I've been drinking lots of lemon water for my kidneys. I'm pretty sure I have stones as I have a couple of those little white spots round my eyes. I've done lots of lemon water, will this suffice?

Because this is quite an opportunity for me (everyone out the house - unusual) I really want to do the liver flush. What would happen if my kidneys have some stones and I do the flush today?
