I am only 22, and you sound more like my health issues than anything on curezone I have read yet.

I also know a great deal of information, I will definitely follow your progress, I am interested in the helpers post to you as well, I have followed this other person having a lot of issues as well.

I had just explained to him that I believe the timing and completion of digestion and the time of the day play a great deal in the part of the symptoms.

These seemingly unrelated health problems are overburdening and overwhelming. For four months I read medical papers trying to study biochemistry to help myself. Ultimately, what helps me any at all is paying attention to the clock and how my body acts by the hour. I see and notice patterns. This is what I really feel, along with the metals is trying to tell me something.

One thing, I also told this other person, was that if I could speed up my digestion and get the majority of my calories out of the way by 11 am, and just work outside in the sun till about 7 pm, I would feel a lot better in a fasting state. The quicker, and more thoroughly I can get my body to digest food, the better I have felt.
