I wonder how the magnesium is helping you if you aren't taking any calcium, which is needed to metabolise magnesium. Are you taking the mag at night? Mag is really great for sleep but you ned calcium to make it work.
Have you tried argenex? If you have accumulated ammonia, which is released when the badies die off, then argenex would absorb it. Ammonia builds up in the brain nd it causes insomnia and fearfulness/anxiousness. I wonder if that is anything like the easily being moved.

Ltryptiphan is good for sleep. How long have you been on the melatonin. I rotate sleep herbs, because my body adjusts to them and then they don't work anymore.
