What specifically works for one person sometimes has no effect on another. How bad was your infestation? What were your symptoms? Are you cured, meaning you can eat anything you want (at least occasionally), or just symptom free? There are tons of variables and no one set "cure" that works like a silver bullet. One has to change their diet by removing foods that feed yeast and kill good bacteria, then takes specific measures to kill the fungus, then repopulate with a probiotic. If you have the resources to spend hundreds of dollars on probiotic pills, then good for you, that works too! But people need to know that taking the 2 - 4 recommended pills a day won't do anything to get your gut back in order. We need daily doses of probiotics in the trillions, and the easiest and cheapest way to do that is make your own kraut and kefir.
Oh, I also wanted to add that the baking soda is to alkalize the body, and should not be taken right before meals or for longer than a week without a break. You need stomach acid to digest your food.
So Helmax, is that all you did? Take a bunch of probiotics and that worked for you??
