I have access zu Epsom Salt but would like to replace this by mg citrate.
Here in curezone - in the Liver-Flush debate forum - a quicker flush was presented which includes 10 to 12 ounces of this ready to use walmart magnesium citrate which comes in a bottle.
Mg citrate has a very nice taste to me. Therefore I am really tense to know how much Mg is in this walmart bottle.
