I hoped you would show up. So you used raw virgin coconut oil? I read your old posts and couldn't find the info, then just went ahead and flushed with what I had available. No, it was not raw, probably just the kind you described, my health food store had run out of the genuine stuff. It almost tasted like lard, phew! In solid form it's not too bad, used it on bread and was OK. Good thing it was not useless effort, those stones looked really old, so I am happy with results. This was the first time I used only lemon juice which might have helped.
I think we might assume that raw CO kills candida and processed CO produces stones? It's hard to tell what is due to personal metabolism and what role the quality of oil has in this. Too few people have tried it yet.
Maybe I'll gather courage and try it again sometime in the future with raw coconut oil, but the taste really puts me off. Looks like flushing is gradually killing my candida anyway, it probably doesn't like all that fresh bile that washes my intestines now, LOL. I am also alkalinizing with fresh fruits and vegetables plus detoxing heavy metals with cilantro pesto so it has to go, I hope my body is just not homey enough for it anymore.
