Thanks. I keep seeing people say, "stay away from caseine and whey protein" on the candida diet, but it seems like this is just because some people are allergic to milk. I have a mild lactose intolerance but as far as I know, I'm not allergic to dairy.
I really like these proteins because they're high quality and highly available to the body. And they're complete proteins... not sure about soy proteins or some of the others.
