Whenever my ph gets low (for me it seems 6.5 is where I start to feel droopy) I take about 1 tsp of baking soda mixed with a spoonful of organic lime juice (Vitacost or Swansons) in water and drink it on a pretty empty stomach. I drink lots of water with that to protect my kidneys.

I've done that as needed for over a year with no problems. But if you do that take extra folic acid and chromium picolinate.

Have you tried removing candida from your colon? You might be surprised at what you find with ACV and/or h202 plus water enemas (after a bowel movement). If you see things that look like wet white tissue, or string cheese, or yellow gel, you need to keep them up for a few weeks (or longer if necessary) until the stuff is gone. Mho.
