Re: EpiCeram Skin Barrier ?

I tried Epiceram, it didn't really do it for me. At first i thought it would and was really stoked about it, but it failed. I really think the best way to beat this is leaving the white slimy skin on your lips and let it dry up. Drinking lots of water, eating healthier and more exercise are also key. I have noticed that when i don't peel the dead looking white skin, it dries out and becomes kind of hard and looks dark. I do have the fordyce spots as well. I can tell though that the longer i leave it one there and let it fall off on it's own, the area underneath is healthier than it was before. SO LEAVE YOUR LIPS ALONE, NO LICKING, NO PEELING, Apply only all natural lip balms/lotions to your lips if you absolutely have to.
