Re: HELP!!! Almost fainted after first Flush!!!!!!!

Hi All,

Thought I would log my experience with the Liver Flush and feeling faint.

I did a Liver Flush last night, seems my stomach was lacking enough acid to digest the oil correctly, so "nearly" throwing up at 2.30am.

2.30am - got up about to throw up went to bathroom.
2.35am - about to faint - had to seat down on toilet (body has gone white)
2.40am - Had stool movement
2.45am - Still about to faint, still white had to lie down on bathroom floor.
2.50am Feel much better color coming back to body.

Seems to me after the stool movement my faintness went away.

For any one thinking its a Sugar level, it wasn't for me, I check my glucose levels they were fine, check blood pressure it was fine, check these at about 3.00am.

I did how ever get very bad pain on my hamstrings, could of been some dehydration there. I could of confirmed this by doing a live blood analysis but it was 3am :)

P.s. Feeling of throwing up, having stool movement and fainting feel pretty weird :).

My first flush was fine, I believe it was because I hydrated better and didn't have fatty food the day before. I believe the faintness was all my fault not following the program correctly.

Two weeks till my next flush :)
