passing out/seizures/low bp

Hello! yesterday morning at 4:00 am i woke to my wife yelling for me from the bathroom, she as on the floor, she had passed out and fell. As i started to ask her some questions she started to have a seizure. I was worried that maybe she had hit her head or had a stroke. With regret, I called 911. When the ambulance arrived her blood pressure was something along the line of 70 over 30-40 or so..

The doctors said she stood up too fast and got dizzy and had the seizure when the blood rushed back to her head.

Her BP is back to normal now. Also she has had a cold.

Any thoughts?
