Is my Slippery Elm food good enough?

I have THOMPSON'S SLIPPERY ELM UNMALTED FOOD which contains

Pre cooked wheaten flour
Powdered Slippery Elm bark 2.6%
Sugar

Could anyone let me know if this is not worth using for Psoriasis/Leaky Gut?

I know that Gluten and Sugar can be a pain with Leaky Gut.

This product sure does go thick and sealy like olive oil so I'm sure from a plugging up and coating point of view it would work.

I'm Fasting at the moment 3+ days so far and I might try this, what do you reckon?

Don't forget you can use Fish Oil which lowers inflammation of the gut as well as eating foods like Brocolli etc.
