Does boiling the coffee for 15 mins make a difference to just pouring boiling water over the coffee in a cafetiere and leaving for 15 mins?
I thought the stronger the coffee grade 4/5 the more effective but have just read the lighter the roast the better, guidance please?
Still wondering why sometimes I can administer / retain easily and others not.
Do pre cleanse enema first always and everything is the same even time of day, temp.... but some days there is resistance ... i ask my body to allow each enema to be the best session for it yet .... sometimes it will not go with the flow
Breathing , relaxing , asking, position, speed, you name it ...sometimes yes others no ... is there a technique? I have been trying for 2 weeks and it always seems to be hit and miss... literally
