## My apologies, he did in fact state that.

However, this doesn't alter the fact that both battery units and electric units still produce the same product. Silver + water + electrolysis produces Ag+ ions, and a percentage of those Ag+ ions will be lost to ion clusters {commonly referred to as particles} as they collide with each other in solution whereby a percentage of those positively electrically charged ions will lose that positive electrical charge as that solution stabilises over time. Therefore the quality of that product relies solely on the individuals care and attention to basic principals for the production thereof, be it battery operated OR electrically operated.
