Yep, that's fine, I was referring to LVDC or HVAC reduced to LVDC electrically produced solutions anyway, and as you say, chemically concocted solutions I would not touch with a 40 foot barge pole.
TEM imaging means absolutely nothing to me. Viewing something on a glass slide cannot be compared to in-vivo, considering peroxides, ammonias, salts, acids etc etc which exist within the human blood/body. I don't believe any of the aforesaid is taken into account in TEM imaging.
TEM imaging of surface area coverage in-vitro is questionable at best, and misleading at worst, so I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree on the real value of that, but that's fair enough, each to their own.
