Re: My experience with iodine

That is so helpful GinaGirl, thank you. I made myself some magnesium water and Sea Salt water immediatly. I did that 10 minutes ago and I'm already calming down! Somehow so glad it's not the iodine.

I got the Sea Salt three days ago. When I first tried it, it tasted like a holiday. You know, when you swim in the sea and get a gulp of water because you didn't see that wave coming. lol.

I'll take my B's in the morning instead and I'm going to cut the B-100 in half for now. See how that works out.

B12 sublingually is having a big impact on my hyper feelings also I suspect, not sure yet...

I just finished reading the book "Could it be B12?" from Sally M. Pacholok. It says that gastro-intestinal upset and memory loss can result from B12 deficiency. Also hypo-T or any other immune afflictions make you more susceptible (or was it the other way around). So I'm definitely supplementing B12 for now.

When I get hyper, the area around my thyroid gets warm and feels "busy". I tried a few things on that, and I found that taking some extra selenium helps best. It calms it down.

Are we all finely tuned machines or what!

Tonight I'll try your anti-insomnia-cocktail.

Thanks for the warning on bicarb, I wasn't aware of that. My skin is very itchy at the moment. In fact it started to get itchy at the same time I got hyper. I do like the bicarb though, I think it makes the Lugol's less abrasive to my stomach: I can take 150 mg of Lugol's in ACV with bicarb on an empty stomach no problemo. But maybe that's just my stomach getting used to the iodine?

What is the borax for? I did buy it and tried it, but I haven't felt anything different on it (yet?).

So much to learn ... I love it!
