Re: Help build barrier

How would one know recognize the last stage and the building up of a barrier? I think I have made significant progress over the last two months. I am now 6 months into being balm free. I never exfoliated except for the white gunk in the morning. I am now at a stage where the peeling areas are getting noticably smaller and the skin more flakes off on its own rather than peeling in sheets. Is this considered to be symptomatic of the final stage?
