Just as one example of the problem I have with herbal blends, from the Humaworm website it appears that a daily dose of their product contains 100mg of Wormwood .

Wormwood powder (artemisia absinthium) has been given in human trials for digestive symptoms at dosages up to 750 mg three times per day for six weeks without ill effects (powder, not extract).[1] Knowing this, why would I want to take an herbal blend that contains only a tiny fraction (4.4%) of this? I might decrease the dosage slightly if I was still worried about individual sensitivity (along with avoiding alcohol), but I don't really see the point in taking a small amount when "the dose makes the poison", so to speak. I guess it contains a small amount of sage as well (contains thujone), but still...
