I've been having gas pains in my stomach since yesterday. I work at a major airport(JFK) and I've been eating a lot of junk lately, drinking a lot of coffee. The coffee made my stomach hurt which hasn't happened before.
When I ate some yogurt and drank some mint tea(this morning), I belched and felt better. I still have a little of the "acid" feeling in my stomach.
What could this mean, I have a cleansing program from Blessed Herbs at home that I never took. Is there anything I can do?
