I made great strides with Hashi's through fasting and Iodine supplementation.
It can resurface even when you think you have it licked because I believe that there are environmental factors that either cause or contribute to it (such as stress, etc.)
I also believe that there is an underlying adrenal issue which needs to be addressed for complete healing.
If you're looking at your lab results the way you are, it shows you don't understand the numbers. Don't be offended, though, most doctors don't have a clue either.
If you are supplementing, the TSH means nothing. You should only be looking to get your Free T3 and Free T4 up into the high-normal range.
You also shouldn't be using synthetic drugs when natural thryoid supplements are available, such as Armour.
You're right to try to get off meds totally by fasting. It should help greatly. But your lifestyle will always have an effect. I'm not sure if 30 days will fix it or not. I have hundreds of days of fasting with my longest at 21 days. Longer is certainly better. If you can do a complete fast, you're better off.
