The term fasting comes from the word "fast" and was derived from the term "stand fast".
It's simply going to take willpower and determination. No body can help you but yourself. We can only encourage.
You need to know that the further along in the fast you get, the easier it is to maintain. Getting through the first three or so days is usually the toughest. Then hunger disappears. You will have to deal with healing crises and such, but stick with it. Set a reasonable goal for your first fast. My first fast was one week followed by one week of juice fasting before I transitioned back to solid food.
My second fast was also a week and it was much easier than the first.
My third fast was two weeks, and it was easier than the second.
