Hey there! Looks like I have a twin. I'm in the same boat as you -- hoping for answers.
I'm about 3 weeks in Vegan, but no grains/beans. I just tried adding sprouted grains in this weekend and BOMBED, cravings hit me in the face, complete with needing fat so bad I almost chugged olive oil straight out of the bottle. I obviously can't handle grains/fats yet.
