Acidity and poor food combining. High protein, if you're the least bit backed up or acidic to begin with, it's asking for colon trouble, and it takes us months or years to figure out how to correct the balance. For 28 years I didn't pay attention to this stuff, and I expect to be healed in a week? Not likely.
So I shall drink my grass juices, seaweeds, and dark leafy green veggies, and keep researching..... and stay the h#&$^& away from ANIMALs. All that damn whey, I was taking shots of that 2x a day thinking it was helping me get lean... it was just making me sick. Several months of heavy lifts, shot. i don't even have the energy to run anymore.
