I know some people aren't too crazy about Bee and her methods, but the connection you're making is interesting.
When I went off my all-veggies diet over the weekend and had lots and lots of sprouted wheat or sourdough whole-wheat bread, I felt sick the whole time, only to end up with my bowels moving like a well-oiled machine, the stuff you read about in Science books, perfectly colored and formed with nothing weird about it.
But yet I can't explain the sluggishness, lethargy and crash I experienced when I ate the grain. Maybe it is a problem with wheat and blood sugar, after all; going off of grains DID help with my bloating/gas/mucus; but I wasn't able to begin completely HEALING until I cut out the meats and dairy.
Did you eat your sprouted rice???? Do you take any BCAAs? Are you eating any fruit at all?
