Hang in there, it will get better. First fast is the hardest one.
Everybody will lose weight at a different rate. You don't mention your weight, height, fitness, if you are drinking 5 gallons of water a day or 5 ounces, so we have no way of commenting on your weight loss.
Refeeding requires self-discipline. Make a vow to yourself that you will refeed by juice fasting at least 1/2 the number of days you water fasted. Then slowly introduce solid food such as fruit and vegetables. Don't overdo it and you will experience extended healing during the refeeding process.
The longer you fast, the lower your urges to eat will be when you do refeed. When I fast, I lust after all kinds of food, but when I refeed, those lusts disappear allowing me to eat healthy.
