Re: Does honey help?

Hello,

Yes, in my case, it helps a lot to manage this condition.

Especially EUCALYPTUS honey because it is thick (less fluid).

After too many years of e.c. I can tell you that:

1) Immediately when you wake up, remove the white stuff (still liquid) to prevent it from forming solid crusts. Brush also your teeth immediately (With natural toothpaste VADEMECUM HOMEOPHYTOL, for example in my case)

2) Apply EUCALYPTUS honey during the day to protect the lips and prevent an excess amount of white stuff to form crusts.

I use this honey:

3) Brush your teeth 3x times a day.

4) Before going to bed, apply also some EUCALYPTUS honey. So you will have less crust when you wake up the day after.

Best regards,
