i'm a researcher in this oral pathology,we investigated 3 cases for last 15 years ,like allergy tests,gastro intestinal studies,repeated number of biopsies ,no deficiencies,no endocrine disorders .If it was a disease it would had show up some where in these tests,and supporting to our conclusion all 3 cases healed spontaneously 1 year,1year4months,9years years approximately.
