Re: Just got my second hair test back

I was taking 100mg zinc picolinate for about 3 months then 50mg for a month

I took 1mg molybdenum with each meal for around 4 months

I have to wonder how long it will take for those to fall back into normal range

The zinc was already extremely elevated when I started this

I'd read in cutlers book that high zinc on the hair test usually indicates a deficiency but I don't think that is the case now that I have the second test to look at

liver and bile flow you say. I'v been taking milk thistle and NAC, are there other medications for bile flow/liver? Could high lead/cadmium cause bile problems?

My doctors think Im crazy for showing them a hair test

Im on 12.5 DMSA every 4 hours. Don't think I have any magnesium, why should I get some?

I'v ordered pregnenolone and Adrenal cortex extract, should receive it shortly

I am a member of the FDC group but don't post there much because of the forum format, it is rather difficult to use in my experience
