Re: What are the most strongest natural chelators?
"You can injure yourself using "natural" chelators like cilantro and can poison yourself with
table salt , so nothing can be termed completely safe - follow the established protocol that works!"
That is *so* true! A close female friend had been doing so nicely on Cutler's system for about 4 months--sleeping normally for the first time in her adult life, better mental focus, less fog, better stress tolerance, etc.
However the maker of her multivitamin changed the formulation and included Alpha Lipoic Acid!. She did not realize it and took it just twice daily for a week or so. She could not figure out why the brain fog and other symptoms had suddenly come back with a vengeance!
I recently visited her after I got over a cold and noticed the ALA in the multi! She lost 4+ months of gains by taking ALA improperly for just a week!
ALA is wonderfully powerful when used correctly and can be quite dangerous if taken incorrectly by a person who has a mercury problem.
My friend's hair tests and history are #368 in this hair test library. Her older test easily matches Cutler's Rule 3--suggesting the involvement of Hg. The Ca, Mg, Na, K levels suggest endocrine problems that nicely match her symptoms and good response to thyroid meds and adrenal supplements.
