I have also tried to leave them alone.

--> But it doesn't improve the ec. The lips are raw underneath.

How long did you leave them alone ? 3-4 weeks if I refer to your pictures.

1) When you wake up, remove gently the excess of white stuff (still liquid) with kitchen paper.
2) Brush your teeth immediately with the natural toothpaste VADEMECUM HOMEOPHYTOL
3) During the day, as often as possible, apply a thin layer of EUCALYPTUS HONEY.
