Wild yeast versus commercial yeast

Hi,

Is it true that wild yeast is ok on the anti-candida diet - while commercial yeast is not?

And that this means that sourdough bread is fine to eat?

Sourdough is wild yeast and bacteria fermented without the addition of commercial yeast.
