Re: coffee enemas painful?

I've been fortunate. Discomfort-never pain. Using w/ plain water immediate b4 Coffee-Enema really makes the 15 min retention easier. Ive wasted lots of coffee. After becoming highly imbalanced-I read my butt off, Dr. Kelley incl, I made Coffee-Enema a regular pc of my "health comeback".
Early on, I made some errors, you learn. Maybe 4-5 mos of almost daily CE's, I passed what I believe were mucous tubes (Kelley notes this stuff in his cancer handbook) these can line the inside of the intestine where villi normally absorb nutrition from foods digested. Villi coated w/ this often thick plastic-like tube, can no longer draw out vitamins. My understanding is that even expensive vitamins are wasted if you have coated walls. So, daily CE's going on, it still took 100+ to see me rid of that.
It's a process, Dr. Gonzales suggested once you start-give it 2 yrs of reg use so as to keep the toxins flowing out, also you boost your glutathione-s-transferase production & re-new bile which your liver uses to snag toxins. water enemas won't clean your liver. Just CE's. If you've leaky gut, candida, whatever. ...what's cleaning your blood & liver?
Suggestion: natural bristle brush- just b4 u CE-brush from tops of feet up(toward heart)..dry brush your body to get your blood flowing so the liver will cycle nicely when you hold your coffee. Awesome.
