 i've seen cases where people have very bad eczema with extreme dry skin cracking and bleeding on the skin.

I too have very dry skin, cracking and bleeding but no moisturizers in the market works for me because i kept on having a allergic reaction to them, everytime i use them my skin becomes red and burning and itching.

After I tried derma oint by DERMACOP, I notice results rightaway i don't feel itchy or redness and better results in 1 day, it's awesome. I apply only occasionally now because my skin looks cleaner and younger.
