I'm currently taking between 200-400 selenomethionine a day, 2-4g of Vit C a day.
I'm not familiar with boron, but will see about adding that, as well.
I use a lot of Celtic Sea Salt , but have only done the salt pushes occasionally.
One concern that I have, especially with salt. My blood pressure has gone up dramatically in the last few months. I've always have low BP (115/74 range). In April it was 120/75 then jumped to 140/80 last week, only four weeks later.
I know menopause can raise BP and maybe this is the cause, but can the salt make it rise, as well?
My doctor suggested the potassium in the Iodine might, but I found nothing to support that idea.
My cholesterol took a huge jump from last year as well. 245 to 310.
