Chris, I'm very sorry to hear about your struggle.

Have you considered that mercury (Hg) could be an underlying cause or contributing factor? Hg can cause all of those symptoms.

We have more than a few people in the chelation groups here at Curezone and Yahoo that have your symptoms. I encourage you to crosspost in the very active chelation group. I'm sure someone will post who has similar symptoms. You sound like one of the moderators, Colette, who has come along nicely after having more than moderate heavy metal problems.

What I wrote probably sounds like Science fiction to you. Colette and I and many others have used a detox protocol by Andy Cutler, PhD chemistry, who had more than moderate Hg poisoning himself. Among his list of symptoms was tremor so bad that he had a hard time dialing a phone.

While you are reading and learning, consider taking:
Vitamin C several times per day
magnesium several times per day
zinc
selenium
milk thistle
avoid "liver cleanses" for now.
