positive ANA again after 2 years.

ANA Positive again.. so I received my lab results in the mail but I have no clue what they mean (16 pages of different labs) and I wont know until the end of the month when i get to see my Rheumatologist again. The only thing I can tell is that my ANA is positive again. I'm so confused because i just had it checked about 3 months ago with my PCP and was negative but now its positive. It was also positive 2 years ago. I dont know what to think I'm starting to get more convince that I might have lupus since I'm over 2 1/2 years post removal and still have many symptoms and not too many good days. Have any of you had a positive ANA? Also have you checked again if it changed after time?..
