Hi Sylvette,

I shall read your older posts about ALA and learn the differences.

Cutler has been pretty adamant about the benefits of ALA over R+LA as the scientific literature supports use of the former and not the latter. His stance remains unchanged today. From what I understand, Newport used it for chelation until he was able to handle ALA. So I guess the question would be whether to use R+LA, very little ALA or no LA whatsoever. Until I know more, I plan to just go DMSA or DMPS-only for the remainder of the dump phase.
