I apologize for the delay in posting ... I am on day 4 and didn't want to post until I was clear of my first three days.
I started Water Fasting in 2011, and now find myself really sticking to it in 2012. June is my long fast ... I have been preparing for this for a while.
Since my mind is set ... I am not having difficulties yet. The only thing I am hoping is my rash that I had last time doesn't come back.
I am going to try dry brushing ... I would love to see if my stretch marks go away. I know my cellulite has dramatically improved ... the more fat gone the better it looks. Which tells me my fat is extremely toxic. I know (have read) really the only way to get rid of the stretch marks is to shrink myself to the littlest fat percentage as possible, and then refeed extremely healthy. That way the skin also reduces in size, and when I refeed the skin will be filled in with healthier fat that isn't toxic. I hope that just made sense.
I believe that happened to Olivia Cohen and some other guy that was referenced on here.
I must say my mind is completely dedicated to June ... I just want to be toxic free ... feeling a little beaten up. It usually takes my body a good seven days to get rid of hunger, so I am looking forward to Wednesday.
